Hot Yin melds Hot Yoga with the more meditative, contemplative Yin Yoga.
Like other forms of Hot Yoga, Hot Yin is practised in a heated room (30 degrees Celsius) – at Yoga Bee, we use underfloor heating & infrared heaters. And, like regular Yin Yoga, Hot Yin includes fewer, floor-based poses which are held for between 3 and 5 minutes in an effort to target deep, connective tissue.
The heated room really compliments the Yin poses, loosening the muscles and promoting a sense of deep release – you will literally melt into the postures.
