Yoga Nidra
Approximately every 6 weeks at Yoga Bee. Fridays 6-7 pm.
A ritual of self-care and holistic healing, Yoga Nidra uses a collection of time-tested techniques to help the practitioner experience a mind state often referred to as “peace beyond words”. Yoga Nidra is a practice of non-doing. We need only to listen to the meditation instructions that guide us through a systematic letting go of tension.

Simply an hour of deep relaxation. Lying in a warm, cosy, candlelit room being guided through relaxation techniques. Bliss.

Fitness, Wellbeing & Nutrition Sessions
Approximately every 8 weeks at OnPar Fitness. Saturdays 10-1 pm
Yoga Bee & On-Par Fitness are joining forces to bring you a morning of ‘Fitness’ (strength training & cardio), ‘Pilates, Breathing Practice & Relaxation’ and a ‘Healthy, Nutrition Lunch’.
Three Professionals (in Personal Training, Yoga & Pilates and Diet & Nutrition), all on hand throughout to offer expert help & guidance and to answer any questions you may have.
So whether you fancy this as a one-off and a positive way to spend your Saturday morning; as part of your regular exercise & activity routine or maybe it will be the start of an exciting, new, healthy, fitter journey for you. Whatever your reasons, get booked. YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!

Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
Approximately every 6 weeks at Yoga Bee. Fridays 6-8 pm.
During these events you will be guided through a nurturing Yin Yoga session by Melissa where the emphasis is on releasing tension & letting go and then you will be immersed in a relaxing Sound Bath with Alison where you will float away and forget all your worries.
For those who are unfamiliar with Yin or Sound Baths, here’s a brief description:
Yin yoga is a slower-paced, meditative style that targets the body’s deep connective tissues. Yin usually consists of a series of longer-held, passive floor poses that mainly target the lower body (hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine).

- Calms and balances mind & body
- Improves flexibility, mobility & range of movement
- Reduces stress and anxiety
- Enhances flow of chi/prana/energy
A Sound Bath is a form of meditation and sound therapy. It induces a deep state of calm & relaxation. It is referred to as a bath due to participants being immersed in the vibration of the instruments.

- Reduces depression and anger
- Enhances mood
- Encourages a better night’s sleep
