“I have been coming to Melissa’s classes for over ten years and enjoyed, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Mat Pilates, Core Pilates and Trigger Pilates. The classes are excellent, well planned and different every time. You work to your level and listen to your body. Melissa’s knowledge is amazing but she also makes the classes fun. The studio is a great space and even has a heated floor! Melissa has built a lovely community around yoga, a safe space, and she also has a walking group and book club. “I have been coming to Melissa’s classes now for just over a year, during that time I have attended various classes to identify which ones benefited/ helped me the most with my chronic back condition and generalised arthritis. I now regularly attend Trigger Pilates, Hot Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga. The benefit I get from doing these classes is immense, I have nicknamed the classes ‘My medicine time’.
