In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty item, we will happily exchange it straight away.
All our items are personalised and made to order. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for purchased items that aren’t faulty.
If you do order something and you later change your mind, we can try to resell your items but we can’t guarantee they will sell and you will get your money back.
When ordering please make sure you order the correct size. If you need any help with sizing please ask for our advice.
