Description
This is a 45-minute Pilates-based class with the occasional Yoga Pose thrown in. It’s slightly more dynamic and faster-paced than the regular Pilates class with more of a focus on core strengthening exercises.
Just like the regular Pilates class, it aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility and functional movement.
