Description
This class, as the name suggests, is mainly chair-based. It is aimed at older adults and/or people with mobility issues, injuries, lower fitness levels, visual or balance impairments & weakness. Using a chair means yoga can be practised and enjoyed in a safe, manageable way for those who may not be able to take part in a mainstream class.
